The RE Broker has copies of these Standardized Operating Procedures available to the public upon request at the RE Broker's office location. Please be advised that this RE Broker requires:
1. Prospective buyer/clients to show identification.
2. Prospective buyer/clients to sign a Buyer/Seller Agency Disclosure Form.
3. Show a pre-approval letter for a mortgage loan or proof of funds.
