S Judith Morris, NYS Real Estate Broker (the Broker) is making this Standardized Operating Procedure available on any publicly available website and mobile device application maintained by the RE Broker, any licensees and teams.  The RE Broker has copies of these Standardized Operating Procedures available to the public upon request at the RE Broker's office location.  Please be advised that this RE Broker requires:

1.  Prospective buyer/clients to show identification.

2.  Prospective buyer/clients to sign a Buyer/Seller Agency Disclosure Form.

3.  Show a pre-approval letter for a mortgage loan or proof of funds.
