S. JUDITH MORRIS (Judy)
Newcomb's REAL ESTATE BROKER

Daffodils Minerva, NY April 2010
Before living in the Adirondacks, I was in the real estate business on the eastern end of Long Island for 17 years.  After moving here 12 winters  ago, I've taken a great deal of interest in this beautiful park.

I am a member of the "Residents Committee for the Adirondack Park" and have become familiar with the importance of our forests and new ways of practicing forestry.  I  firmly believe that our woods can be sustained but still "feed the family".
The experience as a board member and former president of the "Newcomb Chamber of Commerce" has given me great insight into how the business community is striving to succeed in the Park, & it's not easy

My membership in the " Adirondack Mountain Club," expands my knowledge of the park in another way.
I support the efforts of the Nature Conservancy & the Open Space Institute in the Park.
I am part of the group instrumental in saving & restoring the Mt Adams Fire Tower.

I purchased land in Goodnow Flow and I am happy to be a voting member of this Association & now be part of the decision making of a beautiful private lake and wild lands.

Recently, the Nature Conservancy has purchased the land adjacent to the Goodnow Flow and a good deal of this land is in the process of becoming State land.  In my humble opinion this will increase the value of the property around the Goodnow Flow.

With my experience in the real estate business, I am able to connect you to this beautiful sacred place.  Whether this be a little camp in the woods, a lakefront cabin, retirement home or a large parcel where you can be in touch with Mother Nature.  It is wonderful to be a part of someone's dream and adventure, I love my work.
"If you are thinking of selling, please give me a call and I will gladly answer all your questions.
If you decide to list with me, I will work very hard to get your property sold"

"Remember, I don't collect Listings, I sell them!"
